Hello I don’t understand you question But if you are wondering if you need to have plats on the amcar. The answer will be yes you need to have that. If you are going to import amcar to Norway you need to pay Vat 25% to Norway for every money you use for getting the car to Norway. If the car is older then 30 years old. If its less the 30 years old you need to pay a lot money. And yes you need to have title for the car. |

You'll need the title, a bill of sale + receipts for paid taxes (25% of what the bill of sale says and shipping costs) and fees in order to register an imported car here. I assume the car has never been registered in Norway previously...? If you have moved from abroad and the car came with you, you won't have to pay the 25% taxes mentioned on imported cars. |
